Hiya Everyone,
I just thought I'd another of my recent samples from the new Joanna Sheen get well soon House Mouse stamps. This one is from the "Doctors orders" set which is available here.
As you all know I'm more than a little partial to House Mouse stamps Lol so I just love it when I open my next lot of goodies from Joanna Sheen and find new House Mouse releases in there - not that I don't like the other stuff but these really are my favourites!
I have coloured the image in with my promarkers and used a heart embossing folder on plain white card. I don't often do the clean and simple look but I think it works really well here with this image. It also makes a change to do something different which is why I made a DL shaped card as it is so easy to get stuck in a square rut! Lol
I'm so busy at the moment as I have new samples to make, we're in the middle of decorating the hall, stairs and landing, have the first Joanna Sheen Challenge starting on the 1st December and have Tayla's 1st birthday on the same day! We really are kind of up to our eyes in it! Lol. We're having a little party for her on friday 2nd even though our hall will be nowhere near finished but the only people that are coming are people who won't care. We would have had it on the saturday instead but that night is my work Christmas Do so I have a very busy week indeed! Luckily, I've already made her a card as I'd never have forgiven myself if I'd ran out of time, especially with it being her first one!
I am so looking forward to the new Official Joanna Sheen Challenge Blog starting up - there's still time to join in the blog-hop before the first challenge starts - click here to take part in the blog hop where there are 9 prizes up for grabs!!! We have such an awesome DT on board and I am stunned by the talent and variety of the work that they've all produced ready for the first challenge - you really are in for a treat!
Finally, I just wanted to thank all my lovely followers who have kindly stuck by me whilst I have been busy recently and have not been updating my blog as often as I'd have liked. I haven't had chance to enter a challenge for ages as I just don't have the time to spend 2 or 3 hours linking my cards up which is a shame as I do enjoy taking part.
Thanks for looking!!!
Paula. x

ReplyDeleteOh this is sweet. A simple layout Paula, but very clean and fresh and lovely on a DL card.
ReplyDeleteWe have been relocating my craft room so, like you, busy, busy, busy. All moved in to the new room now, but have to completely reorganise. Its so tiring, but I have at least found things I'd forgotten I had. Anyway, I hope Tayla's birthday goes well and new blog takes off easily. All the best Linda
