ALBC - Boo!

Hiya everyone,

Long time no see.........as you know I have been super busy decorating etc so I haven't been crafting too much but hope when things settle down I will be back in my craft room.   We're having some new doors and windows measured up this week so I can't see it being for a while yet.  It's really hard at the moment to find a spare few hours at the moment with working and my little ones but they are my priority.  It doesn't help I'm full of a cold at the moment either - ah well.  Will buck myself up before I start feeling sorry for myself! Lol

Anyhoo,  It's the 1st October so I'm back with a brand new challenge

  5. Naturally strip off the skins since all the compound buildups can be found superficially. On the off chance that you are utilizing pineapples grapefruit papaya kiwis and oranges ensure that you additionally evacuate their skins. http://jackedmuscleextremeadvice.com
