Hiya Everyone!
I can't believe it's been a whole week since I last blogged anything but I've been away at my mums for a few days and haven't been in too much to be able to make much. I have been making a few DT cards for a guest DT position at the crafty pad which starts on Sunday 13th Feb for 3 weeks which I can't show yet but I have also managed to finish my hubby's valentines card with the house mouse designs which I love. I've made it to a sketch provided by gem of a design and I'm going to enter it into the house mouse monday challenge as they've got a guest DT position up for grabs at the moment which I'd love to get!
Anyway, the card is made with a decoupage set from Joanna Sheen and the papers are from Summer Driggs free fab "freedom" downloadable kit (her link can be found on my sidebar). I must admit I have used this kit a lot but it's just so versatile and not too girly! I have distressed the edges with my Tim Holtz tool and edged them with old paper distress ink. The ruler twill is from the fruit pixie - a haven for the weird and wonderful. All other bits and bobs from my crafty stash. The sentiment I did on the computer - the fab font I got from 1000 free fonts and it's called Home sweet home which suited the card perfectly.

This is such a fun card! Love the decoupage image you selected and the awesome font. The layout is great too. Now I don't think this HM design is an actual stamp yet but maybe us fans can ask them to turn it into one! So cute!
